So my friend was driving home and he saw this car. He asked someone else what it was, since he didn't know. This unnamed person claimed it was a Saleen, but when i saw it, it looked nothing like any Saleen I knew of. It looked like no car I knew of, either. Thankfully he had his iPotato at his disposal, and he snapped a quick pic. If anyone knows what the heck this is, I'd like to know, cuz curiosty.

My first guess was a Rossoin because it looked like an eagle on the emblem but it is faced the opposite way. Anyway here is a zoom up on the emblem.

It's a Falcon something or other. They had one at Barrett Jackson this year but I can't remember what the model was called. It is a startup supercar company. Looked cool but not all that well thought out if you ask me.
